Before saying them out, just gonna explain what is an otaku.
Otaku (おたく or オタク) is a term used to refer to people with obsessive interests, particularly anime and manga.
Anyways you know you are an otaku when :
You go bomb your friend about how great is the anime that you just finished watching
You sing along to the openings and endings of the anime
Anime musics takes up more than 70% of music in your computer
You know who is Haruhi Suzumiya
Your phone has more anime musics than english or chinese musics
Your phone theme is an anime theme
Your computer is full of anime pictures
Your desktop is an anime wallpaper
You wan nothing else but anime figures
When you draw, 1st thing that comes in your mind is anime drawing like manga etc.
Anime is your life
You get pissed when someone insults the anime you like
You hate it when someone calls it a cartoon
You know the Haruhi dance
You hate Odex (Singaporeans will understand this)
You use the word “kawaii” when you see something cute
You use an anime character after your nick name
Daydream in school or work about anime
Fantasize yourself in an anime series
Look for update of any new anime
Spend your time surfing anime sites
You go searching for anime stores instead of shopping in a shopping mall
You go crazy after someone spoils your anime with manga
Cosplay as any anime characters
Your phone ringtone is “God Knows” (im using that now ^^)
Your room wall is covered with anime posters
You can name any famous seiyuu
You start listening to Japanese bands from openings or endings in the anime
You can name characters in an anime
You know the latest anime
You take good care of your anime stuffs
You say ITADAKIMASU!! before you eat your meals
Your computer run out of space because of all the anime you store inside

You stay at home watching anime 24 hr
You idolize a anime character too much to the point you think you are him/her

wow thats a long list! most of them are really true haha, hits right on the spot! but for a few like writing names in black notebook and saying itadakimasu etc are not wat i do. but overall, even if i’m not a full-fledged otaku, i’m still a 95% otaku haha…maybe 98& lol!

I only got 7 out of your list, since I have a large hard drive and not a fan of the Haruhi franchise, and do not have a working income in order to obtain many anime-related goods. I cannot watch anime for 24 hours straight, as I’m rather picky with series.
I do however have a tendency to compare real life to anime, and am so deeply rooted that signs of anime-related abilities are beginning to manifest in me. Or perhaps it’s just from too much anime and too little of everything else.

Thank God! I’m not an otaku .Well , i watch animes and i like them . I watch Gundam 00 , Gundam SEED , Gundam SEED Destiny , Jigoku Shoujo , Le Chevalier D’eon and Black Cat , i really like the directing, the story and the soundtrack and i include some of the soundtracks in my cellphone but i completely don’t know who is Suzumiya Haruhi and not even 20% said ‘yes’ to the statements .
